SHIPPING INFO

Orders where items are in-stock are generally processed to ship

within 1-2 weeks from when the order was placed. 

Orders placed over the weekend or holidays are processed to ship on the following business day. (Example: Orders placed on Memorial Day will be processed to ship the following Tuesday).  

Note: Processing times may increase during peak season (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and flash-sales.

A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

If your order has not shipped out within these timeframes, please let us know.

GENERAL INFO

We offer water bottles, glassware, tumblers, and mugs that are made to last. Each cup is crafted from high quality materials with an emphasis on reusability. We make sure every cup is 100% BPA and toxin free so it is safe for you and better for the environment.

All items are custom and made to order. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS. For any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email us at sastumblercreations@gmail.com

All paid orders will be confirmed via email, call or text to assure accuracy. You may cancel your order for a full refund, up to 24 hours after order is placed. Once an order is  started, we do not offer a refund but a credit to your account with us.. Once completed and shipped, all sales will be final. No return or exchanges of any kind. Any refused deliveries will be charged a return shipping fee equal to the greater of $10 or 15% of the order sales value.
